This was our first time using this company. Anthony Janse was our technician and he was very professional and courteous. He went over the whole process with us and did an excellent job getting some spots out that I was unsure would come out. I love that my furniture was barely wet when he left. Mr. Janse is an asset to the company and we will request him when we need this type of service again. Very satisfied customer!
The gentleman that came to clean our couch and rug was very professional and prompt. He made sure to discuss with us the process and even showed up how clean our couch was looking in the middle of cleaning (doing a side by side before and after comparison)

We have used Zerorez multiple times and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend! Justin did a fantastic job and explained everything really well! 3 rooms of carpet with heavy pet residue, 1400 sqft of tile, and a master shower now look absolutely amazing in my parents’ new home!

The service technician Adam Estrada was great. He did an amazing job on our older carpet and recommended a finish to put on carpet after cleaning..We are glad we did this as it revived the carpet even more.
