I ended up adding a room for tile after getting his opinion and he was honest and kind from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone. It was amazing to see how much cat hair he was able to get off despite that we had these carpets cleaned before. Goes to show it really makes a difference. Couldn’t be happier. Will use again in future for the rest of the tile!

Somehow use a deodorizer

The only thing I suggest To improve is maybe have a scented cleaner …. Because after my guy left he actually was awesome! but the carpet stunk like wet dog, I had to put down carpet fresh and ffebreeze carpet to cut some of the smell. I can still smell it slightly- 3 days later - carpets cleaned on Friday.
