Coaching and playing golf with similar aged kids was priceless.
Great way for kids to learn to play the game in a constructive format with great pga instructors
Getting the children involved in a wonderful sport that they will have knowledge of when they get older. So good to start them off young.
I love that the program gets the kids involved and golf with a friend and having fun. It can also be a great profit center for the PGA Professional and facilitate growth in private lessons.
What a great opportunity for the kids to learn about the sport, the etiquette, and what it's like to be part of a team!
I liked that everyone had an opportunity to compete and play. Also, compared to other leagues that are more "private club" based, there was a more diverse group of kids that were competing and playing.
The team aspect, the way it's scored and focus on improvement.
Great format for young kids just getting into the competitive aspect of the game
Coaches do a nice job with the kids
Great way to get youth into competitive golf!
PGA Jr League is a great way to expose young golfers to the game. It’s a great way to make a typically individual sport into a team sport. And the Jr League community is awesome!
the organization, the professionalism, the coaches, the experience and most importantly the fun the kids have.
It was a great opportunity to play golf and learn the rules of the game. My son loved it.
The coach! He is so polite and patient with the students. The course was very nice as well. We enjoyed the goodie bag with the name on the back of the Jerseys this year too. We recommend PGA Jr League to a lot of our friends. We really enjoy having this in our small community. Brings in many other communities as well.
Great opportunity for kids to increase their knowledge of the game and improve their skills. Fun to play some different courses.
The upper level competition and coaching.
Opportunity to play on the course; assistance and coaching from a skilled mentor.
My son had fun! Fun to compete with local youth golfers in a friendly environment.
The partner structure during competition
The team aspect is great! It also helps to have a great coach. Nathan Goeks from The Legend at Bristlecone did an outstanding job with the boys this past season. He was so committed to the program and did everything possible to make it fun for the kids.
This is a great way to build confidence in the sport without the pressure.
My son had a really great time for his first year in the PGA Jr. League. He enjoyed all the different locations he got to play at and meeting others.
Our instructors were absolutely amazing. It was our first year and we will be back for more.
Get out on the course for practice and games
Team building and the kids having a blast! A nice break from individual tournaments.
Great coaching - awesome polo shirts! Wish there were more meets, however
The team aspect of golf.
My son loved it. Learned a lot, improved, and had fun.
It's fun to play on the golf course.
The best thing is the kids actually being able to golf holes on a team and learning proper etiquette throughout the entire game from pace of play to putting lines, who goes first, etc. Making friends and improving their game are great rewards. The jerseys make it feel more like other team sports and I think makes kids more engaged.
