Consumer Testimonials
Great coaches and well organized. This was our first year and were thoroughly impressed! We will be back!
Our son is experiencing success and having fun!
Our course pro offers flexible practices- offered twice a week- to allow more kids the chance to make it with other sports.
It was a great value for all we got.
Friendship
Our coach is wonderful and my sons love getting the experience of playing in matches.
Great opportunity for young kids to do something outside. Always has a mentor with them to improve their game to the level they wish. Like that is doesn't feel super competitive. Too much of that with other sports so this is a nice break from that for kids.
My kids have enjoyed it over the years. My oldest has aged out and would love to see one for kids 14yrs and up. Great way to learn the game and sportsmanship.
Loved the fun, competition and seeing the kids have a great time!
Good program for rising golfers
Great opportunity to not only learn the game, but also play.
My son really enjoyed the practices and the weekly in house games. He is relatively new to golf, but is enjoying it and really wants to get better and improve. That said, He is a little shy, and lacks confidence at times, so maybe receiving weekly feedback from his instructor, both verbally, and maybe providing him an individual evaluation sheet on how he is progressing in regards to his swing, stance, follow through, maybe pointers or tips on things he could work on at home or on the side would be super helpful. The scheduling was a bit confusing at times, especially when my son would get done early, knowing when to pick up.
In conclusion, individual player Feedback and progress evaluation from instructor, would really be a huge benefit to my son, regarding his growth and building his confidence as well.
Great for kids to learn to play and grow together. Team building!
Great instructors!
great coaching
I think Jr. PGA League is the perfect start for kids to understand tournament golf.
Great sport to teach teamwork, respect. Etiquette...
I really love the flag format. Keeps the kids engaged and in the game.
This was a really fun event for my child! Playing at all different courses was really great!
It’s organized, professional (but not over the top), respectful, competitive and fun for the kids. It’s an outstanding learning environment for young golfers from etiquette to strategy to sportsmanship to skill development to teamwork to golf knowledge. How incredibly cool it is to see these kids develop friendships with kids across the state. Simply a great experience for youth with an interest in golf.
A recommendation…work hard at developing golf programs and comfortable learning environments for those less fortunate.
Everything just a great intro to golf for kids
My son loves learning the game
Opportunity play different courses
Great program for kids to learn golf and teamwork :)
Hones the skills but also great for teaching edicate and sportsmanship as well as mastering nerves under pressure situations
The coaches were great. My kids learned a lot and made great progress in their game. Great job overall!!
Small groups. Individualized attention. Quality youth coaches.
The coaching is great as is the community. My son is really loving golf and a lot of it has to do with the Junior PGA league.
I like the best ball format and the fun 'team' approach to the matches. It takes the pressure off beginning golfers and provides a fun atmosphere.
I liked the coaching for my son along with the ability to have him practice his golf through free rounds at the course. It also kept him busy and active.
I do wish that range balls were included in the cost, as there were times he didn’t have time to play a round, and/or just wanted to practice his swing, and/ or become more familiar with clubs distances. However, that would not prevent me from recommending the league. He really enjoyed it!
My kids play in lots of stroke play tournaments and one match play tournament every year. We like PGA Jr. League because it is a nice change in format from their regular tournaments, and is fun with the team focus. As a parent, it is actually far more fun to watch because any one hole has more importance than in stroke play.

The opportunity for my boys to learn and play golf.
