Relaxed fun league for beginner golfers.
Would like to play in different courses.
Great format to help young players learn the game of golf. Two person format allows room for mistakes without the pressure while learning. Also allows the players to see others their age doing well and also the struggles every player has while learning.
Very organized and fun for my golfer!
Gives my young son a chance to learn and play golf from good instructors.
Good instruction from coaches and a fun environment for all skill levels
Kids get hands on experience of what is taught at First Tee.
Getting to play golf with friends.
I like the coaches and the structured practice times and the camaraderie that the golfers have. My son was one of the older ones, and I liked how he naturally became a mentor to the other kids and really showed a positive and helpful attitude. I like how the tournaments were more casual, which helped to get used to the sport in a fun atmosphere. I also liked how the all-star team was more focused because that gave my son a chance to see what individual tournament play might be like.
The way the coach makes every junior golfer feel like they’re Tiger Woods but also gives feedback. The atmosphere is always positive. My son loves playing with his teammates. The coach always tells them how golf is a social game and teaches them to actually socialize while they play. It’s also good for them to start thinking about different shots to take. Understanding what shot is best. It’s not always the ball that’s closest to the green or hole.
The friendship these kids create thru team work
It’s a no pressure golf environment for young kids!
Kids get a lot of experience and competition while making friends.
The opportunity for my daughter to compete against different individuals/teams. I also like the teamwork that is taught during match play. Its a overall great idea and has improved my daughter's game.
Engaged coaches that seem to have solid expertise in golf, encourage the kids to have fun, and promote good sportsmanship.
Low pressure way for kids to get tournament experience. Like the 3 hole flag format. Like that kids get to play with friends.
My son and our family really enjoyed the full golf experience. This was his first time to ever play rounds of golf and in tournaments and it was lots of fun. It was difficult to stay within the time limits per hole for the younger and unexperienced golfers but the format overall is great for children.
It was very organized. I love the scramble format. The kids learn by actually playing golf. I would highly recommend this program.
It was a good opportunity to get son into golf.
Very Good Service.
We loved PGA Jr. My son learned so much and enjoyed playing at the other courses, and with different children each week. It teaches good team work. He also learned golf etiquette and the rules of golf. I highly recommend it!
