Excellent service! They had my new Trek bicycle assembled and ready for me when I returned to my seasonal home in Iron Mountain. Bike mechanic Andy is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The owners are also very nice and helpful. Sport & Spoke is a wonderful store in downtown Iron Mountain.

Serviced my husbands bike and he was very satisfied with the results and quick turn around. Said the staff was friendly and answered all of his questions to satisfaction. Bike rides and operates smoothly.

Very knowledgeable and welcoming!!!
Knows their product and did a great job finding me the right bike. From the first visit to buying the bike was so easy.
Had a problem with the bike seat when I got home so made a call and Mike suggested how to fix it. Ride back down and they gave me a new seat- off to the streets I went.
Thanks Mike for putting my bag on my new bike.
Now if the weather would clear up so I can ride.

Very helpful, kind, patient and allowed our 5 yr old twin grandsons to have a ball trying out their new "big boy" bikes. Theyre still talking about it

UP sport and spokes staff are very helpful and easy to work with. I enjoy working with Andy who recommended a trek bike to me a year and a half ago and which I just ordered from him this week. It should be all ready for me when I get back to IronMountain next month.

The most friendly and reliable service I’ve seen in the UP! My new fat tire bike is wonderful to ride and so healthy for my recovery after hip surgery last fall. Keep up the great work my friends.

My wife and I walk nearly every day and each got a pair of IceBugs for our winter walks with the dog. In this on and off ice walking weather they are great. Absolutely no slipping on the ice and still easy walking on asphalt. We are very happy with our IceBugs and appreciate the great service we received at the store while contemplating our purchase.
