Thank you to Mike. I came in with curiousity on how to navigate purchasing a new bike properly, and left with certainty in what I was purchasing and why. Mike’s passion and deep knowledge about these bikes, the R&D/engineering behind the frames, and technical differences between the components on different model bikes made it clear for me the make the right decision for myself. I never felt like I was being “sold” a bike, but instead being given careful advise with pure intentions on how to “navigate” the purchase that was fitting for me. I will be telling my friends and family and to come in for their bike when the time is appropriate, and I will certainly be back in to purchase accessories for my bike – and perhaps eventually another bike as I grow into the sport.

I have and always will highly recommend your shop to everyone in the area. My relationship started with the shop when it was Mortls, I really liked Andy as the ship’s mechanic and local riding expert. My true appreciation of the shop is when Tony took over ownership. I immediately recognized and experienced truly great customer service and a great customer experience. Tony and Andy made you truly feel like family. When I stopped in the other day after an absence of about a year, I met one of the new owners and immediately felt welcomed back and had a feel of family again. I could see and experienced their hard work ethic and focus on customers as a very busy shop owner ran to the back of store to grab an armful of saddles to show me. It wasn’t a large purchase and I easily could’ve been dismissed and passed up for a larger sale. Nope, felt appreciated and was listened to. Thanks. I’ll be back often.
