Love my new e-bike!! The Aventon!! Sport and Spoke is a friendly place and the owners and workers are more than willing to help even if you stop in on your bike unannounced to have someone checked out.
My only advice would be to maybe make a check list on telling a new bike owner the basics about their new bike and how to care for it
