Easy to order on website. I have been a long time customer. And the only thing I wish is that an exact delivery date could be shared. It used to come faster when I ordered. I understand staffing or other reasons made the time frame longer. But I was a bit worried this time that I had cut it to close. (My problem I know ). Anyway. Will stay on top of this better. But just thought I would share this

Service is very prompt and the website is easy to use. One question I do have is regarding pricing. It seems Cash Energy was more price competitive last year. A couple dollars less than other local oil distributors. When I looked up pricing for this last delivery, compared ot Maine Oil.com
The company is always quick to support, we ran into a situation over a weekend where our tank ran empty. Over use by some renters through off our expected auto delivery timing. The team sprung into action, weather, house temperature and time of night were all quickly assessed remotely. A truck was dispatched first thing Sunday morning, the tank was topped up and the driver even entered the home to reset all the systems and ensure the heat was functioning normally again. Can't appreciate this enough as I am 4 hrs away.
Then on Monday the dispatch called me to apologize on the calculation error, which frankly was no fault of the company. Class act.

products are good, as it is the only place to get kerosene, service is good, but too expensive. You charged me over $500 for a simple ignitor install.

Travis was extremely helpful during my propane delivery. He even added a monitor to my smaller shed propane tank. He explained everything to me thoroughly when I had some questions.

Very easy to contact by leaving voice message and received a return call shortly after request. Rymes staff always listens to concerns and provides feedback on how they will help. We were concerned about propane level in the Red and Rymes staff made sure we got filled before running out during this very cold weather. Very much appreciated the support and action taken by Rymes Propane.

Originally told delivery would be within 7 days, which would have put it on Nov. 26 as I called and ordered on Nov. 19 before the snow storm. Actually delivered on Dec. 4 after the storm, so I shoveled a path and cleaned off the tank for them. I am 81, lol.

I live at the end of a class four dirt road and at the top of a long steep gravel driveway and you are great about making winter deliveries. My usual driver is Russell and he is awesome but this time it was Travis and he was great, too.

It's all OK. Oil service on contract is just fine. Suggestions for preventive maintenance have been sensible and timely, not oversold. Sometimes communication from an initial inquiry through to scheduling service is a little clunky and disjointed. I call, I talk with someone who can't confirm a service date immediately, then a day or two later I get a text or email that has set up a service visit window without making sure someone is available at home. So far it has worked out ok. Have not required emergency service.
