The pre buy option saves lots of money. I like it that Freeman’s keeps an eye on my tank and responds promptly when I have had issues in past. The only thing that could be better is to settle on a name for your company. I receive bills and correspondence from multiple named entities …very confusing.

Ms.Elsie has or is learning us as a new customer. That helps as my mom is recently widowed,daddy was a farmer. His gas company maintained our home as well as farm tanks.
She is not farming,and is developing a new way of life. My brother and I do hope the company will work with her on the LP gas needs and service if needed.

Timely refills are r great now that it is on automatic and being monitored! Last year the automatic refill was somehow missed that resulted in the tank being empty in the depths of winter. Upon our frantic call, you quickly sent out a delivery do my wife who was alone at the mountain home. Mistakes happen but all now seems fine - Gary Last name removed
