I am having difficulty getting a credit for installation services on my account. I was required to pay $2,346.47 up front in estimated costs before installation could begin. I was told the actual cost would likely be less and that I would be refunded the difference. The bill i received for the initial setup was $2,084.00. An additional charge of $40.84 was added for final hookup and leak check for a grand total of $2,124.84. This would indicate i am due a refund of $221.63. The national hotline told me I would have to visit the Gaffney office in person to work this out. I cannot call. I will drive there today in the hope I can get this finalized without having to work through the corporate office.

I didn't get notified that propane had been delivered. I used to get a receipt by the door, then by email. I got nothing until I received this survey. Also, when I went to the website it didn't tell me how much propane was delivered and the price per gallon, but I paid the bill anyway. It's just not customer friendly anymore.
I was able to schedule my delivery online and my propane was delivered in just a couple of days.
The security of having a Generac is a great feeling if the power were to go off knowing my family will be safe and warm. So happy I decided to invest in a unit.
