I just wish their inspection process was more thorough because my brand new vehicle had issues (found the day after purchase), and now it will take 2-4 weeks to get it repaired due to Hyundai repair shop availability.

Very helpful with answering questions
We had recall done on my Santa Fe. The check in process was easy. They told us it would only take an hour to complete and when we went back a little over an hour later, it was ready. They told me they had found a slight problem with the oil pan and that they could take care of it - quoting an approximate price - but they were not pushy about getting it done immediately. An overall pleasant experience.

The excellent and courteous treatment that I received. I had never been to that dealership before. Just was passing buy and saw an SUV that interested me. I wasn't planning on trading but before I left I was driving a 2023 Tucson Limited Hybrid. I love it and was very happy with the experience. My salesman Sharpe was the best ever. Thank you everyone.
