I've used the service department several times, and they are always friendly. My last oil and filter change took about 35 minutes, which was rather quick with all the other vehicles they were working on.

Quick response
Very professional kept me informed and answered all my questions. There was not a bunch of back-and-forth feeling like you were pressured when I arrived at the dealership after negotiating over the phone. I was there less than a half an hour filling out and me and my family could get out of there. This is the shortest amount of time I’ve ever spent in a dealership in my life.

The staff is very friendly and service is outstanding. I came in for a oil change without an appointment and in less than an hour I was driving home. I got off work early and every time I come in it's last minute the service team always accommodate me.

I had a terrible experience with the Corbin locations service center and when this issue came up a week after getting my car back from them I called and emailed asking for an appointment and was never called back. This after them having my car for 3months and very bad communication.
So after that I decided to go with the Somerset location and I am SO glad I did. They answered on the first ring, got me in ASAP, communication was fantastic and had my issue resolved in a little over a week.
I will take all my business to them from here on even though Corbin is 30 mins closer.
