First, I must be clear: Every time I go to a dealership, I dread it. Shadow/balloon games with price, terms, preferred finance companies with stupid rates. All of it.
Now, I came ready for a whole day wasted playing those games, walking out disappointed or suspicious. To my complete shock, the price was good value. That got us in the door. We stayed because the other shoe never dropped. Tony was easy going and professional, and above all; honest. Signed. Next came the finance manager. ‘Here we go…’
She was amazing in guiding us to value and protecting our purchase. I expected a blitz: high pressure for useless add-ons to run up the price. Not today.
