Several oil changes back I had an appointment for an oil change. Ok then a lady came in 20 min later. Then the service man came out to the lady and ask her if she wanted them to put in an air filter. She said yes. Ha came back out in a bit and told her she was ready to go. She gets up and pays and leaves. I sit there at least 10 more minutes before they come out to get me. I only had an oil change. Somehow I got left behind. My time is as valuable as the next person. I did appreciate being put behind !!
