They handled my situation with my vehicle very professionally and there was issue with the repair, but before moving forward, they contacted me to let me know what needed to be done, with my okay, rather than going ahead and then seeing the surprise on the bill. Very well pleased!

Service Department and staff members were courteous and professional. They had my vehicle in and out without incident and in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend Don Franklin GM in Campbellsville for all of your auto service and repair needs.
The only thing that I would like to see is an availability to pay via text. I believe that this could add an additional convenience to a very busy day.

These guys always go above and beyond to service all 3 of our vehicles! They look out for us by letting us know when things need to be done and take care of it! We love the service department on the chevy side for sure!

They good. At the service part except they lost my engine cover and over the yrs they lost my lug nut covers other then that they pretty good
