Friendly staff who always goes above and beyond. I didn’t know this dealership was here until after I purchased my Kia in Lexington. The first issue I had I was disappointed in the response from the service department in Lexington, so I called Pikeville. I was disappointed in the fact that they could schedule me for an oil change immediately, but an issue with a light coming on would be a month before they could get me in. I had a friend recommend Don Franklin Kia in Somerset. Danis Combs made me feel like they understood my concerns and quickly resolved the issue. This instantly became my regular location to service my Kia. My recent visit here was as pleasant as the last. The issue was more complex, but the service department provided above and beyond. I highly recommend you advise other stores to learn from this crew. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
