Overall experience was great

I called, didn't have to be there, from 160 miles away. We talked, haggled, Jon and Kyle both along with others I never met worked hard for discounts and I got some of them. Again 160 miles away, I was happy with the deal we worked up but thought, when I actually get there, this will all change, but it DID'NT change. It stayed exactly the same! Kyle continued to work to get me another discount. I was prepared to blow up when the "DEALER CHARGE" was thrown into the mix, but it never happened. I paid EXACTLY the price we agreed to on the phone 160 miles away. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and it had a Christian atmosphere. When I drove away for the only time that I can ever remember, I actually felt 100% happy about everything that took place.

I would recommend your dealership to my friends and family. The service department repaired my truck correctly,on time and was up front about the cost of the repairs.

I purchased new Chevrolet Silverado back in 2016 here at Don Franklin , the costumer service was exceptional, this experience brought me back. I worked with Michaela online and on the phone in regards to a used 2021 Chevrolet Trail Boss. Michaela was very professional and easy to work with. When I arrived at the dealership I met Mike Prewitt. Mike was a huge help, he’s an excellent salesman. I give the sales team a definite 10. I do have a couple complaints First: I drove from Clinton TN to look and possibly come to a deal on the truck, when i test drove the truck it was on empty. After coming to a deal the dealer offered 40$ to put in the tank. In my opinion the dealer should always feel the tank as a thank you for the business. Secondly the truck only had one KEY and FOB, this is a huge inconvenience for me but not a dealbreaker. It would have been nice to at least been offered a new KEY and FOB so i would have two sets of keys.
