Great service and very friendly. Trucks are good products. Not sure about the seats cuz mine are very firm and uncomfortable. Maybe the luxury trucks have more comfortable seats. Going to try to replace my seats for comfortable ones if available.

Kyle Young was very helpful in helping me decide which model of Silverado 2500HD to decide on. It took me several visits for a week to finally make a decision and he never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Any questions he wasn't sure about, he sought out the correct answer.

We were treated like friends. Our sales person, Marc, was very patient and inquired of what we wanted and did not want. Marc was very knowledgeable of all the bells and whistles and explained on our level…..in English. Not that I retained it all, or even much of it. If I need a refresher course I am sure Marc will be right there! Trading vehicles with Don Franklin was a very pleasant experience.
