This is fourth dealership I've dealt with in the past 4 years when it comes to purchasing new vehicles. I can speak from this personal experience that sales people have become even less personable than ever before, however my experience at Don Franklin Auto on
345 South Highway 27 Somerset, Kentucky was the best experience I've had so far. My sale's person, Jon Wagers, went above and beyond what I was expecting. He and the team at this location did everything in their power to secure my loan, while also giving me what I felt was a fair trade on my current vehicle. While I finished up with the financial paperwork side of things, Jon took the time to remove my floor liners and personal touches I had on my current vehicle to my new one. It actually took by surprised when I open the door to my new vehicle because I felt like I was truly getting into MY vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a team of people that will treat you like life long customers and friends.
