as usual, I was very satisfied with my visit to Don Franklin\ Chevrolet in Somerset, Ky.
I was really pleased that the service department was able to schedule me an appointment on such notice. I had a doctor appointment and I called and was able to get by vehicle serviced
after my doctor's visit, with me living in Mount Vernon, Ky, it saved me some time and some gas. 
The staff was very friendly and kind while I was in the lobby and was everbody else.

The service department does a good job of keeping the customer updated on the status of their vehicle service. Dan Elkins does a terrific job with the service technicians and making sure they keep the customer updated on their vehicles. He is the main reason I get my vehicles serviced there.
