I have had pleasant experiences over the last 4 months with the service department. Ron and most recently, Tanner, have provided excellent customer service.
The loaner car service is a HUGE benefit while I am having the transmission replaced.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have had my car serviced at Don Franklin since I moved here approximately five years ago. I’ve always had professional dealings with the service department, especially Jennifer, who was graded explaining a product that I was interested in; namely tires. When it’s time to buy a new car, I most likely will use Don Franklin.
