I dropped off an old bike from my childhood, and Freewheel made it look great for my son! After I got it home, I found something about the front brake that didn't seem quick right, so I took it back the next day, and Freewheel fixed it immediately. quality, speedy service. a couple of times I needed minor things done, they were done immediately while I waited! everyone at the Richfield store (and Eden Prairie where I bought my Domane) are professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
