Freewheel obviously has the highest quality products for biking enthusiasts, recreational bikers, and beginners. It's the service that sets them apart. Not only is every staff person an actual rider with lived-experience in the sport, they're all knowledgeable and ready to assist with any need. The process is easy, unintimidating, and quick to get fitted for a new bike and everything else with a keen mind to your budget and needs. Can't speak more highly of this staff.

i would say 11/10 visits to this location are a smashing success. staff is always friendly, willing to check-in, follow-up, and offer additional assistance when necessary. glad to ‘em nearby!

Products meet my needs and the services price was very knowledgeable about bicycle technology.

Plenty of places have expert bike mechanics and salespeople. But the folks at Freewheel are so passionate and so friendly that it's not like going to a shop, it's like going to a friend's house and that friend happens to be really into bikes. :)

Andrew was great! Quick to diagnose/fix an issue, and true a wheel while i waited. And when a hispanic couple entered the store while i was there, the 'ee working the floor was able to converse with them in fluent Spanish! I hope he bought the bike you were giving him to test drive! Way to show inclusivity!

I would just like to thank the crew at Freewheel cycle for being so patient and helpful. I was not totally convinced (but pretty sure) that I was going to buy a bike that day but I had visited several shops and tried several different models and types. While I found a general knowledge of the products universally, the majority didn't have the variety or quality I found at Freewheel.

While there (I'm a disabled veteran) I fell when dismounting one of the bikes...I fall a lot...and they were very thoughtful. I ended up buying that bike I fell off of, and I think I damaged the left brake lever because it broke soon after I got it home. I called thinking I would buy a replacement ... but they just sent me a new one! NO charge! That is service!

I highly recommend Freewheel for all your biking needs! Thanks guys!

I had been researching single-speed gravel/cross bikes for a year and was pleased to find the right size All City Nature Cross SS in Richfield. Tom Lais got me in and out on a test ride really quickly and was great to work with. I look forward to coming back to have a 16-tooth gear installed an learning more about my new bike. Thanks!

I had such an easy time selecting the best new bicycle ever! Tom was super helpful getting my Trek Domane road-ready, and I felt confident rolling out of the parking lot and heading home after just learning how to use click-ins, again with Tom's help! All the staff there are really friendly and it was wayyyyy busy for a Monday, but everyone was helped in a timely manner! The good weather definitely was getting people out, and I was even second in line to get in as I accidentally arrived before their opening! I must have been excited! The new wheels are solid and the shifters are buttery smooth, everything feels tuned just to me. I even got the exact colors I was looking for! So cool, these guys rock, biking is awesome, peace out!!!!
