Had a flat tire on a bike less than year old. No problems. Replaced the tube and took the time to find a tiny shard of glass imbedded in the tire. They took the time because it could have caused another problem on my next ride. I’ve been using free wheel bike for over ten years. They’re that good!!!

They went the extra mile to get my bike adjusted to fit me. Jaime, my tech person was really knowledgable in ergonomics and came up with a solution to relieve my shoulder and wrist pain when riding my bike.
