As s0oon as I walke into the store in Richfield I was met with cheerful faces asking me if they could help me. Tom took his time explaining everything i needed to know at the bicycle i had in mind, as I had done some online research about the Trek brand. Tom was very personable and friendly.

The entire experience at this bike shop was positive for us. When looking for e-bikes last year we went to several bike shops in the metro area. We did our research to know the type of e-bike we were looking for (no peddling = no assist) Trek. We are from Woodbury and did stop into the Woodbury Freewheel. At this location for fifteen minutes looking at the floor, never got the sense we were ever going to be helped out. We felt more like an inconvenience in us being in their store. From the moment we walked into the Richfield Freewheel Bike Shop Tom and others working that day welcomed us and assured us they would help us. From the test ride, the sale to coming in for service has been outstanding. Even the communication from phone (calls and text) to email was outstanding. Not the most convenient store for us as we are diving across 494 but would strongly recommend this group of caring, kind and talented people to take care of your bicycle needs.
