I was really happy with service and bike. My grandson was thrilled! Only negative is it had $319 on bike and I paid $329. I called on it and they said Id have to come in to make adjustment

Its was just a great experience overall. I had been at a competitor prior, and found the staff to be indifferent/uninterested in helping me find the right bike for me. That was not the case at FreeWheel! I was very pleased with the help and guidance I received and as happy with my new bike.

I started my process with the online representative helping me locate my bike of choice and finished the purchase in person at the Richfield, MN site and found the whole process to be seamless and professional.

I got my bike repaired and it was completed before I was told it would be. The sales person did not try to selll me extra services, just what I needed.

Tom at Freewheel in Richfield, MN has been super patient and helpful while I compared and contrasted the different bikes I was interested in. His input was critical in me helping me select the best bike among many choices. Tom and the repair staff were also super helpful in troubleshooting my rear brake issue and finding the bend rotor. Love the selection or product and the helpfulness of the staff at this location. Always a pleasure to visit the store!
