Everyone was very friendly and so knowledgeable. They answered all our questions. We brought our bikes in for servicing and the service was quick and and thorough. Will definitely be bringing our bikes there in the future.

I was looking for tools to assemble a new eBike I purchased (torque wrench and bit set, pedal wrench, grease, etc), and am totally new to working on bikes. He talked me through what I would need, things to pay extra special attention to while doing the work, and made me feel empowered to learn this skill.
