Good selection and customer services
I went to several different bicycle stores in both MN and WI and the friendliest people, by far, were at FREEWHEEL BIKE in Woodbury! I felt relaxed and welcomed, I wasn't rushed, I was treated very well and given their undivided attention. They are extremely knowledgeable, offered many choices, and had great prices - they were the best value I found over a three week period. Not only did I buy a bike but my husband had some service work done on his bike and we were thrilled with the knowledge, efficiency, and excellent results there, as well. I cannot say enough good things about FREEWHEEL BIKE in Woodbury, MN - they have gained a very loyal customer!!

Super friendly. Came in for a popped tube and Mike at the Woodbury store not only fixed it, but also inspected the rim and identified the cause of the pop and a solution to prevent future tube damages. Just A+ service.

Very quick service. We initially wanted a full level 1 service and wheel truing. But, after a quick look at the bike, the mechanic said everything was in good shape and only needed the wheel truing and managed to get it done later that day.
These people love bikes. I took a bike in for service that was not purchased there, the bike was put on the rack for inspection and I was invited to try out an electric bike or wander around. I always feel welcomed and important when I visit.

The sales and support staff are all super helpful, attentive, supportive, and informative without being pushy or condescending. I've experienced this at all three of the Freewheel locations I've been able to purchase from recently, as well as the online store staff. The comparison has actually been rather stark when I have visited three other non-Freewheel bike shops around the Twin Cities in the past couple of months. Freewheel has been head and shoulders above them. Thanks for creating a culture across your stores (including online) that is consistently superior, which was exemplified at your Woodbury location.

I'm sure the products are similar to most other bike shops. Its the service that stands out to me. Everyone I've dealt with at Freewheel Bike in Woodbury has been great. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I just purchased a new mountain bike here and couldn't be happier. I'm new to full suspension bikes and the bike mechanic did a great job of walking me through everything I would need to know to help me keep my new investment running smoothly.
