I love the wide selection of bikes and accessories as well as the ability to order many items that aren't in the store. The bike service at the Woodbury store is incomparable to any other bike shop I've used. Always willing to explain things and great turn around time as well. I travel 20 minutes to go to this store when I have a competitor less than a mile away and that's mostly due to Mike.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating when I was looking at a new bike. They were free of hassle when test riding bikes and seemed to honestly care about what I liked or didn't like about each bike, and offered some suggestions based on that. When it came time to purchase the bike it was also hassle free, and it really felt like getting my bike dialed in was something they were going to put the effort in for. All around I'm pleased as punch and can't wait to get my fat bike on some snow.
