I brought two bikes in for the 100-mile adjustment assuming I'd have to leave the bikes for a couple days. To my surprise they performed the adjustmentsnon the spot while I waited (25 minutes total). This was great since I drove from Blaine!

15 minutes before closing time, I went into the Woodbury shop with a broken rear derailleur cable. The technician was able to fix it on the spot. I thought that was great, certainly much better than my expectations!

I had a question about changing the gearing on my bike and the employee I talked to was super helpful in giving recommendations. I also was given a cost estimate and a date my bike would be done, and the cost estimate was right on, and my bike was ready on the date it was supposed to be. Overall, a great experience!
