The customer service at Freewheel-Woodbury is fantastic. All the employees are friendly and want to help you whatever bicycle sales or service need you have. But I want to give a specific shout out to Manager Brian and Mechanic Mike who helped with a particularly challenging ebike service issue. Really appreciate both of your efforts to resolve the issue!

Tech was very knowledgeable and the repairs came in under the estimate. My 20 year old hybrid rides like the day I bought it again, even after a pretty decent wipe out last season. Good work and will definitely be bringing my business back.
Personalized service, techs Mike and Troy know what they are doing and provide top level technology to your bike, they have helped me on a walk in basis for emergency needs for same day bike ride, manager Brian keeps the shop stocked with everything bikers need and even hosts monthly post-ride celebrations for Freewheel rides his shop leads. This is my local bike shop.
