We rolled in at 630 on a Friday night we were able to pick out a bike and all the accessories and walk out with the bike we needed. The person who helped us was very nice and answered all my questions. I didn't have any knowledge about mountain biking just a kid who is very excited to get going and learn as much as she can. I can't say enough good things about our experience with this store. This is our third major bike purchase from this store.

I purchased a new Trek Verve (bright Red) from Chris at the Woodbury Store. Chris and the other staff that I encountered were knowledgeable and helpful. There were a few glitches with a bum battery but a new one was ordered and installed within a week.

Very friendly staff including on the phone. When checking my new bike over and putting the accessories, he went over things with me. The salesman made me want to upgrade with the knowledge he had with the difference between the two. I'm so happy with my new bike!!

We've always had great service at the Woodbury store! We're 30 minutes away and very often someone has been able to fix or replace what we needed while we wait so we don't have to drive back. Have definitely recommended your store to others!
