I stopped Friday to take a look around the new Woodbury location which is a good 30 minutes closer to my home. The attention I received was great.
Saturday I discovered one of my wheels needed trueing. More great service. My wheel was worked on while I waited.
Now I'm torn between my old friends at West Bank and the closer Woodbury location.

I had 3 bikes that needed to be serviced. The technician did a great job of describing what would be done for each bike, in detail, and the work was done quickly. I was given choices whenever there were alternative parts or services. The staff was very friendly and professional.
