Mike, in the service department, was honest and genuine in his communication and service. I had first gone to the Free Wheel store in Eagan and was told that were several things wrong with my bike that “could add up quickly”. They wrote me out a list of the things that needed replacing the costs. I have lost trust in that particular store, but after coming to your store in Woodbury, my faith is restored. Thanking Mike for his care and concern. There was also another young man who helped me get checked in and look at helmets, etc. and he too was very genuine and helpful. I cannot say enough about how valuable it is to have an honest, trusting relationship as we seek to serve others. I pray tenfold blessings over the employees of FreeWheel Bike and ask that the honesty and genuine care that was given at your Woodbury location would be extended to all of your locations and that you would be know and respected for that. I have a bike that's 33 years old, and needed a lot of repair and maintenance. Mike at the Freewheel in Woodbury was great and explaining things and coming up with solutions when parts were no longer available. I really appreciated his clarity and thoroughness.
Mike Davis did a fantastic job on not only working on a bottom bracket problem, but went on to do a few other adjustments (free of charge). In particular, he got rid of a pesky noise from my Cateye that I've lived with for 3 years! Thanks, Mike!! First name removed Drager
