We had a great experience at Dogtopia of McKinney! Our 120 lb Bernese Mountain dog had never been groomed before (I know, bad us!). It was a great experience, timely, professional, clean, and he came out looking wonderful! Highly recommend!

Everyone was extremely nice. They took the time to have me tour the facility and my little puppy was treated like a Prince on his first day of Meet and Greet and his first time at for full time day care.

I'm able to send my dog to a place where he can play in a safe, happy, and well supervised environment. He needs the socialization, so going to doggie daycare is providing that opportunity.

The staff is so personable, they always greet my dog by name they never have to ask. The staff is extremely accommodating from last minute boarding to if my pup didn’t eat her breakfast they will give it to her there. I love that my dog is constantly monitored so no bad behavior is encouraged, and that they get put in time out for being disobedient! The hours are great since I work so far. But honestly the staff are just so sweet and hospitable! You can tell they really take pride in what they do!

AMAZING customer service. Willing to work with you and they are always upfront and put the dogs in their care first. They genuinely care about the dogs, their clients, the business, and their jobs!! Could not say a single bad thing about them WONDERFUL!

Competitively priced services, employees are super friendly, and I like being able to use the webcams to see how my dog is doing throughout the day.

Friendly and informative. Also, we like that when we walked in, there NO dog smell. You know it is a play place for dogs but you don’t want to be overwhelmed by disinfectant and dog urine smell. You can tell they do clean the place really well.
