The young lady who gave the tour and eval of my dog were very kind and helpful. And my dog had a great time playing with other dogs and getting exercise.

On our first visit, the staff was very friendly and
patient with all of my questions.

They gave me a tour, and let me observe our dog Millie on the tv. This eased my anxiety to see Millie settle in, and when I left I knew she was in good
hands.

To top it off, our fist visit was at no charge.

We are happy that we have found a nice daycare
for Millie.

You have the best staff ever. So friendly, helpful. They spent as much time with me as I needed to reassure me to leave my 2 fur babies in their care. It was their first time ever to be away from me. I also loved having access to a room camera so I could keep an eye on my babies. The facility was clean and well cared for.

Immediately had a good feeling about Dogtopia McKinney - it started at the front desk and I just knew our dog would be safe and a good fit.

You have always taken such good care of Ginger, you keep my updated on how her days/nights go. I can go about my day knowing she is having a fun time!

Wow! We came to Dogtopia after having a very poor experience at another similar establishment and we were BLOWN AWAY! Everyone from the moment you step in the door/pull up is so incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted every dog that came in by name and you could tell they were just genuine dog people. No one made me feel rushed during my tour and every single question, even the crazy dog parent ones, were answered with a smile. The facilities were clean and homey and my typically shy dog LOVES showing up to Dogtopia now and definitely never wants to leave when we pick her up. We just love Dogtopia, the prices, the people, and the fact that they feed lunch and give a "naptime" since rest is sometimes underappreciated for dogs. Couldn't recommend them more!

Dogtiopua has an atentive, knowledgeable, caring staff. The facility is clean with Webcam and the feedback with doggie report cards at the end of the day were a bonus.
