The technology and a place very clean.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They remember my dog by name when they see him. He is always so happy when he gets there and EXHAUSTED when he comes home.

The staff always seem so happy to see my dog when we arrive. The location is close to my home and I like the drive thru drop. I have had a few issues with the drive thru drop off lately. People who walk in seem to get helped before those in the drive thru even if they come after I have pulled up in the drive thru. Today I waited for 5 minutes (which isn't that long) but three people who pulled in and walked in after me were helped first.

The entire staff takes such good care of every dog that comes in. They take their time to get to know you and your pup. It feels like family. Brittany rocks!

I feel comfortable leaving my dog, Huntley, with the team at Dogtopia in McKinney for daycare and boarding! I appreciate their willingness to learn how to properly clean his eyes and administer his eye drops multiple times a day. He's in great hands and gets amazing care!

Where do I begin. The staff are so incredibly caring, friendly, and knowledgeable! I love that I can check in with the webcam throughout the day to see my dog and see that she is having a great time with her friends. It is very helpful that you also provide spa treatments, including bath and nail trimming. Occasional activities, such as portraits, pool time and holiday crafts are always fun. We have also used the boarding services and it allows me to travel with peace of mind knowing she is being cared for. I very much appreciate the staff at Dogtopia!

I was so impressed with all of the employees! You can tell that everyone there truly loves his/her job and especially the dogs. My 14-year-old dog has never been to daycare before, and they took such good care of her! My husband and I plan to send her back each week!

I went for a meet & greet with my pup and everything from start to finish was amazing! They made my dog feel right at home and asked lots of questions about her background to make sure they really got to know her. They answered all of my questions and made sure I got set up on the app to be able to watch the cameras while she was playing. She had a fantastic time during her first day and we will definitely be back for weekly daycare!

Lola loves going to Dogtopia. I love the time for her to play with other dogs and a calmer evening pup for me! Their groomers are awesome, too!

I never have to worry when I drop sasha off! I know that she’s well taken care of, and that the staff truly does care about every dog. They always do a phenomenal job with her spa days (baths, toe nails, ear cleaning etc..), I board her and she always gets ample attention. It’s just a great feeling to never have to worry!!

My dog is usually very anxious when she is groomed. They put me and her at ease and her haircut was done in an hour, which decreased her stress.

Everyone was so friendly. I will definitely bring my dog back for grooming again and see how she does with day care too
