The young lady at the front desk with the paw tattoo, forgot her name but you could not have a better "face of your company"!!! I love her passion for dogs, she seems to love them all!!! I am excited to start bringing pup on a regular basis!
The meet and greet was done so professionally, so smooth and efficient. Everyone seemed to love my Ivy and she seemed to have a blast while we watched her on video!!! The folks over seeking the dog rooms were super attentive and allowed the pups to be pups yet when they got too rough the staff would redirect! The entire experience was great!!

Personable staff they really know your pup

We needed a last minute place to bring our dog while our house is being renovated. I called a different place first and they made me feel silly for asking for a last minute reservation. I was hesitant to call Dogtopia thinking they would be the same. But WOW, they were so kind and flexible! The facility is super nice, the staff is friendly and pick up and drop offs are so easy! The app is also cool because you can watch your pup play all day! Oh and prices are very reasonable, highly recommend!

Our puppy had such a fantastic time! It was so nice to be able to leave our puppy in such a clean and caring place!

Clean and modern facility. Spacious rooms for dogs to play. Outdoor option as well as webcam.

I give this place a 10/10 . My dog ( Maggie) had lots of fun and I love that the facility had cameras. Maggie also had got a bath there and she came out smelling amazing. Can’t wait to come back !

The technology and a place very clean.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They remember my dog by name when they see him. He is always so happy when he gets there and EXHAUSTED when he comes home.

The staff always seem so happy to see my dog when we arrive. The location is close to my home and I like the drive thru drop. I have had a few issues with the drive thru drop off lately. People who walk in seem to get helped before those in the drive thru even if they come after I have pulled up in the drive thru. Today I waited for 5 minutes (which isn't that long) but three people who pulled in and walked in after me were helped first.

The entire staff takes such good care of every dog that comes in. They take their time to get to know you and your pup. It feels like family. Brittany rocks!

I feel comfortable leaving my dog, Huntley, with the team at Dogtopia in McKinney for daycare and boarding! I appreciate their willingness to learn how to properly clean his eyes and administer his eye drops multiple times a day. He's in great hands and gets amazing care!

Where do I begin. The staff are so incredibly caring, friendly, and knowledgeable! I love that I can check in with the webcam throughout the day to see my dog and see that she is having a great time with her friends. It is very helpful that you also provide spa treatments, including bath and nail trimming. Occasional activities, such as portraits, pool time and holiday crafts are always fun. We have also used the boarding services and it allows me to travel with peace of mind knowing she is being cared for. I very much appreciate the staff at Dogtopia!
