called in to schedule an appointment for my dog to get his nails trimmed and anal gland expression. Woman on the phone was extremely friendly and asked if I might want the spa services which offered a bath, nails trimmed, etc. I took the offer and she was able to schedule me in the following day-which was GREAT!! I dropped off my dog and when they called to tell me he was ready to be picked up (done 1/2 hr earlier than what they said-GREAT NEWS to me!!) he smelled great and was in a really good mood. Again, really friendly staff towards my dog and myself. And the fact, they were able to "squeeze" me in for the next day, was the cherry on top of the great service they were willing to provide to help. I'll definitely be back!

I like the fact that you have events going on every day and when my dog comes home from doggie daycare he is tired. However I would like to see him playing outside on the camera more than inside while the weather is not that cold.
