It seems like y’all truly care about all the pups that come into your store. And my Bella looked SO great when I picked her up from her spa day! I told my parents to take their pup, Stella, there and she came back looking amazing too!

Dogtopia staff was so friendly and very prompt to greet you and get you all checked in. My Doc didn't forward the records prior to the visit which caused a delay. But, the staff handled that very well and with patience.
Best of all, my Pup's first day was free! I was not expecting that at all. I could tell he had a blast. We will be back next weekend as I plan on making this his new daycare while i'm out running weekend errands. :)

Absolutely love Dogtopia! My baby came home and fell right asleep! He was occupied all day by the other dogs!! I do wish they did more activities with them throughout the day like idk “brain games” or toys or took them outside for a swim. But it’s just my dogs 1st day I’m sure they will do more fun stuff like that!!
The flexibility and availability are great. The staff is extremely caring and polite. My dog is so excited to go he starts getting vocal 4 block away.
Everyone has been great. They are friendly, professional, always helpful. Rooms are always clean and I like being able to watch my dog play. I like the canine coaches interaction with the puppies.

From the beginning the staff has been friendly and professional, we enjoy the webcam service as we are able to check in on our dogs during the day to see them being taken care of. Sometimes we find the staff giving them that attention we hope they get away from home. The spa option has been a new favorite go to for one of our dogs to help us keep up her grooming needs. Our favorite part of Dogtopia is the special activities that bring joy to our dogs and us!

We loved how excited y’all were to greet Ivy and begin the process, as well as the friendliness at started with the phone call. It was like a breath of fresh air to be welcomed and have all my questions asked, and Brittany made it the conversation feel personable which I liked because my dog is my baby.
When we picked Ivy up after her meet and greet it was met with excitement and enthusiasm on y’alls end; telling us what a good girl she was and that y’all loved her! It melted my heart because Ivy is my world.
