What do you like about our services?

Everyone is friendly and great handling the pups. They have been attentive to my concerns and have helped supplement my dogs training. Facility is clean and well maintained. I love be able to watch my do on the webcams. My only complaint is no outdoor area, so I can't wait for it to be built.

What do you like about our services?

Very professional and friendly service. The facility is new and we love accessing the dog monitoring system while they are being cared for. We also appreciate the special event days and photos that show are dogs are being delightfully spoiled!

We have only gone for the meet and greet but staff was friendly and helpful. My pup stayed a few hours and he came home tired. I loved being able to watch him on the app. I will be bringing him back soon!

What do you like about our services?

Jake needs a lot of exercise, but he also gets anxious and overwhelmed at times. We tried other daycares, but he could be upset if a lot of dogs came in at the same time and by the end of the day he would be tired and snappish with other dogs. The nap in the middle of the day at Dogtopia helps him mellow out a bit and enjoy more of his time playing throughout the day. Not only that, but the staff understands his anxiety around meeting new dogs and helps him have a safe space to greet others without getting overwhelmed.

My other dog Ivy is deaf and can be a bit skittish, so she gets to be in a more mellow area with other dogs closer to her size and she loves it! Every time I check the cameras she's going up to one of the people watching the dogs in the playroom for attention or curled up with another dog. Both of them are always excited to go to daycare!

First impressions were great! Facility was clean and welcoming. Everyone was very helpful and willing to explain the process of all services. Very convenient location and affordable prices.

My dog is there almost everyday due to my job. He and I absolutely love it! The employees are so kind and knowledgeable! Even though mine can be a handful, they all share funny and positive anecdotes about his day and I can tell they genuinely care about my dog!

We took our two dogs to Dogtopia for grooming & we couldn't be happier! They looked beautiful, weren't stressed, and the groomer even gave us tips to help us keep our dogs mat-free in between grooming appointments. Dogtopia is the 4th facility we've tried in McKinney & we can finally stop looking for the Best Groomer in McKinney. So glad they opened so near us!

My dog is 13 and this was our first time to visit the grooming department. My dog seemed less stress than the larger chain groomers and was well taken care of! We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed how thorough the process was from start to finish. I was very impressed with staff from requesting a visit on the website. I think Pixar enjoyed his visit as well
