And Aaron Karlin who has been the one to install or service equipment at our home is very helpful and accommodating. We are satisfied customers.

Service is miles ahead of what our previous provider offered at less than half the cost. All the folks I've talked to throughout the process were friendly and knowledgeable.
The contractors for the Salina build out were hit and miss. Some were better than others, but even the issues we had were made right.

Staff is very friendly and helpful
Prices are kind of high , but considering we do not have any other options out here for internet then no competition means we pay for it, however the customer service we have always received has been fabulous and I cant complain.

teck called me on Saturday and said he saw the work order and went in to take a look, He was able to fix the problem from his end, so was great he took the time to look at the problem and fix it so we did not have to wait till Monday or Tuesday, Thanks for going the extra mile.
