The installer was probably the friendliest technician that I have ever dealt with. He did a fantastic job in explaining exactly the work that was needed, how he was going to accomplish the tasks, the obstacles involved and ideas to be pondered during the install. He patiently explained answers to my questions and cleaned up neatly after finishing.
