In my experience, 9 times out of 10 your staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. Yesterday, Callum (spelling?) helped me with two bikes for my kids and was awesome. It was near end of day, your busy season yet he did the quick fixes they needed to keep the kids bikes quickly 'in service' I didn't hesitate to proceed to spend a few hundred dollars on other merchandise as a result frankly so I think having great staff continues to pay for itself in your business model (I am assuming not knowing the fine details)

Dwight was helping me out and was super helpful. I would have apparently made some poor decisions and ended up with some buyers remorse if it wasn't for him. He helped walk me through a bunch of the different items i purchased and was very patient.
