The customer service is absolutely UNPARALLELED. The staff are so kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. They are never rushed and take the time to match you with the exact service or product you need. They also are available for follow-up support as needed, specifically in the bike department. So amazing, no other store like it in Peterborough.

Initially I was about to walk out. I was looking at some clipless shoes and pedals. A gentleman asked me if i needed help, I said no I am just looking for now. He stood there behind me, staring at me. When I looked at him he tried insisting his help. I told him again I was just looking. Thankfully he walked away. I then proceeded to look at what my options were, and decided on a price point. A few minutes later another gentleman (who was there for the whole time but performing another task with paperwork) asked if I needed help. He helped me purchase pedals and clipless shoes, listened and heard me with what I wanted, saved me money by bringing out clearance shoes to try, and set up the cleats on shoes. Went to the cashier and she was amazing! Overall it was a good experience. Will be back

Talked with four different employees over the three weeks it took me to decide on an electric bike. they were all attentive, knowledgeable and patient as I worked my way through the process. In addition, they had an excellent selection of bikes that to me at least seemed competitively priced. I would highly recommend Wildrock.

Bought a high quality mountain bike for my daughter 2 years ago from there and had excellent service. I know nothing about bikes and the staff were super helpful. Had a flat on the back just recently and took it in. Once again great service helped me out and out the door in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Saved me a lot of headache :) Would recommend the store and products to anybody who would listen.
