Excellent customer service
It was great to have a quality option for a camp cot that is not in the $500 range or an unknown brand through Amazon. This unit is very well designed, comfortable and reasonably priced. I don’t understand how in our immense internet world market, no other business but Wild Rock is providing options apart from Helinox. I have some of their products, which are good but generally overpriced for what you get. Let’s admit it; they are not cornering a high-tech niche here. Other reputable companies can easily put up serious competition for comparable quality and fair pricing.

We have been customers since the beginning and enjoy the personal service from all of the staff and the interest in us, as customers, when we com back after purchases. The staff is knowledgeable or will get back to us if they need to find an answer. We like the “feel” of going into the store as opposed to the box store feel. Products are top notch and staff explain them thoroughly. The only thing we would prefer is not having to go downtown but we do like being able to park on site. When we see something we are interested in at another store, we check Wildrock to see if we can get it locally. Thanks to all the great people who work in the store.
