I like that the products I go for a geared towards the hiking and camping that I like to do. Mainly back country hiking and camping.
The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable and genuinely appear to enjoy what they do. They also share their experiences and knowledge and give advice on where to go and new locations they have heard of.
Your store has very different peice ranges, from clearance downstairs to good quality well made brand names upstairs.
We love reading about the owners/staff involvement with community and helping the less fortunate too.

There are a couple of things related to your level of service recently that have made me very glad I purchased my new XC skiis and boots at Wild Rock.
When the style of boot I chose was causing discomfort, Wild Rock willingly replaced them with a different style and even provided a refund as they were less expensive (I chose a credit so I could spend the difference at your store).
When I noticed minor delaminating at the rear of my skiis for unknown reasons, it was quickly and well repaired free of charge.
In particular, I'd like to call out Brayden for his helpful, knowledgable, and thoughtful service. He was super helpful and great to deal with.
Both of these experiences have strengthened my commitment to support Wild Rock.
