I have been a customer, as have friends and family, for over 20 years, I see no valid reason for this relationship to discontinue anytime soon.

They had the charcoal filter for the Platypus gravity system. Not even Amazon had the charcoal filter. Anyone who actually uses these systems would know that you need to stock the charcoal filter. That's why it pays to shop at places where they have people who actually know what they are doing.
