WR has a great product selection and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. WR also supports a lot of community events which is a way for WR to broaden its appeal. We have purchased many larger items such as bikes and skis from WR in the past. We have found on occasion though that your prices can be a bit high, especially for something like roof racks. Being a bit more competitive would be a help.
Overall, we do really like the store and will continue to support you.
