I was very impressed with the service. I know this new way of dealing with sales and being so careful to keep apart from customers and spraying everything down...must be very exhausting. I emailed the store. Kieran responded immediately with a very informative email and I was able to make a decision to buy a bike based on his emails and a trip to the store.
We are fortunate that a store like Wildrock is able to remain open especially with the very specific inventory that you carry. It is certainly helping people deal with isolation and so much down time.

I went back and forth with Alex via emails about a bike I was interested in. He was able to arrange for me to see the bike. Once there, Brandon looked after my needs. There were two bikes that I was seriously interested in. Brandon was able to make my decision easier by offering sound advice on the pros and cons of both bikes. The decision was still difficult but I finally settled on a bike. They were able to install a couple of add-ons and I picked my bike later that day.
As a result of the pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable staff, my wife has ordered a new bike from them.
I took my bike for a long ride the day after and was thoroughly pleased with my choice. Alex and Brandon are a great asset to your business. We will be back.

I loved that I was able to call and receive text phots of the T-shirt choices. I loved that I pulled up in front of the store and my parcel was delivered through my car window. It was the best shopping experience of my life!!

Products are very good, but it is the amazing staff that I appreciate the most! The store offers a good range of service options for with reasonable timelines for customers; for example, bicycle servicing/repairs.
With regards to the Wildrock Travel segment of the business I was thoroughly impressed with a recent trip to Mallorca. The base camp facilities were superb, the equipment rentals were excellent, but above any of those things it was the care, service and camaraderie provided by Brayden, Kieran and all of the other Wildrock staff (too many to name here) that really set the tone for a great experience. I will travel with Wildrock again!

Staff are very knowledgeable. I trust them to tell me about the products keeping my needs in mind, and to help me choose the item that suits my needs. Products are well-made and can be relied on, and if they fail, the staff/store looks after it.

Staff look to solve issues before they happen and deal smoothly with a wide variety of clients with varying needs and expectations. A fantastic business which exceeded our expectations. The products are well curated, but the service is extraordinary. The business model is organically linked to a community, and that comes through in spades in the quality of the service.
The people are friendly and offer great service. This is why I drive out from Toronto and use Wild Rock when I'm in the area. There is potentially more room for communication with respect to emailed bill or itemized list. I arrived to Wild Rock not knowing specificity what I was about to pay but would of been nice if I had a bill email to me first. That would be my only feedback. The service was great and super fast
