What is most impressive is the customer service I received from Kieran.
After reaching out through your Bike Finder, I received an email from Kieran that very day even though your store had just opened to the public and was very busy. Kieran took the time after hours to reach out to me and make some initial recommendations. He indicated that he'd follow up with a phone call the next day - and he did during one of the time frames I had requested. The call came in the morning before the store opening !
I am also very happy with the bike that I purchased. With limited stock due to the demand brought on by Covid-19, for people like myself, Kieran knew what products would best suit my situation.
Although I still miss not being able to do my swim workouts at the YMCA or my dragon boating in Little Lake, biking is becoming a new passion. Thank you Wild Rock and thank you Kieran !
