I like to get expert advice on my purchases. On two occasions I was suggested a better product than what I was going to buy, Both products I have been very happy with.
In 2008 I went in to buy hiking poles, I grabbed a pair and went to the cash. The clerk looked at the poles and then at me. "Are those for you he asked?" ... yes why? (At this point I have to say I am a big guy 6'2" and a bit over weight.) Those poles will not support you, you might want to consider these.. a more expensive model with an oval shape. OK so I took his advice.. those poles have been all over the world from China to Itally, they have been great.
In 2019 I went in looking for lighter poles with a z fold as I was flying with just carry on. I picked the lightest pair, expensive but light. Up I went to the cash! The clerk looked at the poles and then at me! He said you might not want that set, may I suggest a slightly heavier set might be more particle for you. He got me a set that were only a few more ounces but half the cost of the ones I was going to get.
Good value and great advice. You can't go wrong!

customer service is fantastic. I love that the clothing is often sustainable (e.g. cotton, recycled synthetics) or ethical (made in canada or fair trade) - this is very hard to find all in one place. Downtown location too.
