I like hat you know what you're going to get at Wild Rock - quality outdoor gear, and staff who know their store (it's a little overwhelming without a guide!).
I was referred to you by The Running Room, where I went looking for fanny packs and a small knapsack for the overhead compartment on the plane. A young woman led me through the rainforest of clothes and gear, to a lanky guy at the back of your store. Without hesitation, he showed me my options. And you had both the items I had envisaged when the girl at the RR suggested Wild Rock: a Lowe Alpine daypack and two fanny packs in different colours, so my wife and I can tell at a glance which is theirs.
The original girl staff and the guy on cash took an interest in our trip to Arizona, in June, and we had a friendly chat about it. Good experience all'round!
